It is the responsibility of the Manager and Coach/s of these teams to speak to Carolyn Deck to find out what is required prior to the day.

Your team/s will be responsible for setting up the BBQ on the day, organising a roster for workers during the day and packing up at the end of the day. You will need to cover the WHOLE day from 8am till around 3pm. Early shifts require at least two people!
Funds raised on the BBQ help our club to survive
